See and explore your data with the visualization power of a full-featured BI platform in your Cube environment. Easily access, filter, and visualize data to make better decisions faster with dashboards. Build dashboards to highlight various financial metrics and trends in the company, such as revenue, expenses, budgets, cash on hand, forecast vs. actuals, market segmentation, and more.
How dashboards work
Each dashboard is made up of questions or data queries, represented as a chart or KPI. A question filters, organizes, and summarizes Cube data into a visualization synced with your latest data in Cube.
Cube Admins can combine multiple questions of various visualization types to build a dashboard with insights for their team. Use charts, KPIs, trend data, and text to tell your company’s story. Admins can also draft and publish multiple dashboards to share customized resources for different planning and analysis scenarios with other Cube users.
From the Dashboards section of the Web portal, Cube Admins can add new dashboards, view or edit their draft dashboards, and publish or un-publish dashboards. All Cube users can view published dashboards here, too, and sensitive data will be filtered out for viewers based on their permissions. Viewers can slice and dice with filters or drill into the visual data without additional work from the author.
