The Cube Status Page is your go-to resource for monitoring the status of our product systems and staying informed about any ongoing incidents or disruptions.
This guide will walk you through the steps to effectively check the status of our systems and understand whether our products are operating smoothly or experiencing any issues.
To access the Cube Status page from your Cube Web Portal, hover over the question mark in the top right of your screen and then select Check Cube's Status.
To check it from the Spreadsheet add-on, open the menu in the top left corner and then select Cube Status.
Upon landing on the Cube Status Page, you will typically encounter an overview of the current system statuses. This section provides a high-level indication of the operational state of our product systems. Look for indicators such as:
- Operational: This status indicates that all systems are running smoothly without reported incidents.
- Degraded Performance: It means that the systems are functional but might be experiencing slower response times or reduced performance.
- Partial Outage: Some system parts are not operational, while others function as expected.
- Major Outage: This indicates a widespread disruption where most or all systems are inaccessible.
To see any currently reported issues, scroll down to Past Incidents to see a history of reported outages or issues.
