By default, team members can log into Cube with an email address and password or any Single Sign-On (SSO) method enabled on your company's Cube account.
For enhanced security, Cube allows Admins to restrict login methods for non-Admin team members. If SSO authentication is active, Admins have the option to prevent team members from using their email addresses and passwords to log in. In this case, members will be required to use the specified SSO authentication methods.
To configure this setting:
- Log into the Cube Web portal.
- Go to Settings > Team. Once there, click on the Settings tab. Please note that the Settings tab is visible only to users with Admin permissions on accounts with an active SSO method.
- Use the provided checkbox to determine if Cube users can log in using their email and password.
- After making your choice, click the Save button to implement the changes.
