A Boomi Atom must be online to import data to Cube successfully from some on-premise integrations. If your Atom is offline, you'll see an alert or receive an email that it must be turned on before importing.
Your IT team likely manages your Atom, and you'll need to know who has access to it and where it's installed to get it back online.
Enabling the Atom
The Atom may be installed on a computer or server that is currently powered down or offline. To enable the Atom, the machine simply needs to be turned on and brought back online, and you're ready to resume importing data.
If the server is on, but Cube isn't connecting to the Atom, we recommend that you restart the Atom:
- Navigate to Start menu > services
- Find the service name starting with atom
- Click Restart
