Time-based spreadsheet shortcuts
We're excited to announce the launch of additional time-based spreadsheet shortcuts! This release includes new time rollups like QTD, TXM, NXM, LTD, and ROY, in addition to our already existing YTD functionality. These new shortcuts eliminate the headache of manually adding formulas or calculating time-based shortcuts in Excel, making it easier to aggregate data across various time periods for efficient financial and operational analysis.

Other updates
- Now you can exclude 0's when exporting data from Cube in the Web portal.
- When uploading a dimension mapping file, you can use just the Cube dimension names instead of the full path.

Dashboard sharing
Updates to our dashboard sharing permissions mean you can now build dashboards to share with specific audiences.
When publishing or even after publishing, choose to share dashboards with:
- Only Admins
- All Team Members
- Specific Individuals

Refreshed Reports page
A new version of our Reports page in the Web portal streamlines template and web report organization for your team.
Here are a few key updates to highlight:
- Admins can now manage all reports, including sharing permissions.
- Folders now expand to a hierarchy structure instead of opening a new page.

Other updates
- When drilling down into an intersection of data in the Spreadsheet add-on, all attributes will be organized alphabetically.
- QuickBooks Online import optimization has improved import times by 15%.
- Google Sheets + Cube Spreadsheet add-on performance improvements have reduced fetching times by 30%.
- Drilling down into imported NetSuite data now that was in a non-base currency will show the currency conversion rate using 8 decimal places instead of 6.

Uploading flat files to data tables is now easier and provides better visibility around data validation. Only have a small amount of information to upload? Type directly into the data table rather than using a CSV.

New look!
In our latest release, we're thrilled to introduce some exciting updates to the Cube web portal's user interface. Among other things, you'll notice enhancements to the navigation, with added iconography and color-coded sections for easier exploration. One of our most highly requested features ever, this new functionality brings the power of a BI tool directly to your Cube so you can effortlessly create, iterate, and share dashboards built on top of your Cube data.
Dashboards in Cube are more than just charts. They're stories about your company's financial health, told through visualizations powered by your trusted data.
Get started:
- Build multiple dashboards to showcase key financial metrics and trends such as revenue, expenses, budgets, cash on hand, forecast vs. actuals, market segmentation, and more.

Other updates
- Your source data page in the Web portal has been refreshed to make it easier to see when your data was last updated. Sort and filter your source systems and data tables in a single location and ensure your data is always current.
- Customers with multiple currencies through a NetSuite connection will see updates this month as we now support 8 digits past the decimal and negative rates.
