Send a new invite to any user who needs access to Cube again, whether they are a previous Cube user and need their access restored or simply need a new invitation email. Activated users regain access based on their most recent user type(s) and data access group(s), or edit their permissions during reactivation.
You can activate a user if their status is:
- Disabled: Access was previously revoked, but their roles were retained.
- Pending: They were invited to join Cube and haven’t accepted yet.
- Expired: They were invited to join Cube, but their invitation link has passed its 7-day expiration.
Reactivate a User
- Locate the user you want to reactivate on the Users tab of the Users page under the Admin section of the Cube workspace. If needed, use filters to narrow down to those with disabled status or by role.
- Click the edit icon next to the user.
- Confirm the user type and data access for this user. Then click Reactivate User.
- The user’s status will update to Active, and their access to Cube will be reinstated immediately.
Reinvite a User
- Locate the user to reinvite on the Users tab of the Users page. If needed, use filters to narrow down to those with pending or expired status or by role.
- Click the Resend Invitation icon next to the user.
- The user’s status will update to Pending, and Cube will send them a new invitation email. This new invitation will expire in 7 days.
