Revoke Cube Staff support access

Revoke Cube Staff access to your environment when support or implementation work is complete. You can close an access window or disable a Cube Staff user to revoke access at any time. 

Close an access window

1. Go to the Users section of the left-hand menu and select the Cube Staff tab.
2. If an access window is currently open, the Access Window section will display the date and time the window is set to close.
   

3. To close the access window early, click Close Access Window.

The access window can be reopened at any time if additional support is required.

Disable Cube Staff users

1. Click on the Users option in the left-hand menu, then click the Cube Staff tab, locate the user to remove.
2. Click the disable icon next to the user.
3. Confirm the action in the modal that appears.

The Cube Staff user’s status will update to Disabled, and they will lose all access to Cube immediately.

If you need to add this Cube Staff member to your Cube again in the future, you can provide access to them individually or by opening an access window.
