Reports help you view and update your data in a structured, up-to-date format—no spreadsheet required.
When a report is shared with you in Cube, you can open it from the Reports page in the Workspace or view it from an assigned task. If you prefer to work in spreadsheets, reports are available there, too.
No matter where you access a report from with Cube, your access to the data in the report will be aligned with your user permissions. Learn more about data access controls in Cube.

Reports are also available to open in the spreadsheet.

If the report includes filterable dimensions (like Department, Entity, Scenario, or Time), they’ll appear in the sidebar in the Workspace or in the range in your Spreadsheet App.

- Use the Fetch button to refresh data for your selected filters
Regardless of the dimensions and data used to build the report, Cube fetches only the data you have permission to view.
