What is "drilling-down"?

“Drilling down” allows you to inspect the elements of a specific transaction with more detail. When selecting "drilldown" an additional tab opens up on your spreadsheet that gives a detailed view of lower-level transactions that makeup the higher-level value. This of this feature as a means of analyzing your data at a more granular level.

How do I drill-down?

1. From any spreadsheet created with the Cube add-on, select a cell whose value you’d like to analyze and click “drilldown” in the right-hand sidebar.
2. This will trigger a new spreadsheet to open in your workbook. It will be populated with all transactions that make up this selected value, as seen below:
