How Do I Access Disabled Dimensions?

Here at Cube we want to make sure that any changes you might make can also be corrected or reverted back to prior settings. Because of this we make dimensions fully accessible, even after they’ve been disabled.

Note: When disabling a dimension, all associated values will be wiped / removed. After re-enabling a dimension, a fresh import or upload will be needed to restore data. 

Accessing Disabled Dimensions

In order to access disabled dimensions, you can simply follow these short steps below:

1. From your Cube portal, navigate to the “Dimensions” tab in the far left sidebar
2. In the top right corner of your screen, you will see a small gear icon for “options” - click this
3. Notice the “hide inactive” box is checked - simply uncheck this to view the “inactive” or disabled dimensions within the list
4. You should now see all the inactive dimemsions

Re-enabling Disabled Dimensions

Once you're able to view the disabled dimensions, you can re-activate them by following these steps:

1. Click on the 3 vertical dots
2. Select 'Enable Dimension'

You should now be good to go!
