If you see the message "App is not allowed for install by admin" when attempting to install the Cube spreadsheet add-on, your administrator will need to add Cube as an allowed Google Workspace app.
To gain access to the Spreadsheet add-on, you can ask your administrator to follow these short steps below:
Step 1: Hide or show Google Workspace Marketplace apps to your users.

- Block users from installing any app from Google Workspace Marketplace—Blocks users from installing these apps.
- Allow users to install only allowed applications from Google Workspace Marketplace—Users can only install apps from your Allow list. In the Marketplace, the Approved for You section highlights allowed apps. Learn how to add apps to the allowed list below.
- Click Save.
Note: Changes can take up to 24 hours to propagate to all users.
Step 2: Add apps to the allow list.
- From the Admin console Home page, go to Apps.
- Click the Google Workspace Marketplace apps >Apps List.
- Click Google Workspace Marketplace allowlist.
- At the top, click Add app to allowlist >search for the app.
