Log out and log back in
The easiest way to ensure Cube recognizes your session authentication is to log out using the Web portal.
Now, you can log back into the Web portal and reopen your spreadsheet. This will force a new session in the Spreadsheet add-on.
Verify Google ID
If you are using the Spreadsheet add-on in Google Sheets, ensure the email address you use to log into Cube is the same email address you are logged into Chrome with. If there is a mismatch between the email address signed into Chrome, Google Sheets will have issues loading the Spreadsheet add-on.
Ensure your software is up to date
Check to see if your PC or Mac needs a software update. If it does, download and install the update and try the Spreadsheet add-on again.
