To set up multiple currencies in your Cube, you must have the Currencies page under "Settings" in your Portal (available to Admins only).
If you do not have the Currencies page and want to upgrade your Cube to multi-currency, contact your Customer Success Manager.
How to Add Currencies
Follow the steps below to begin adding new currencies:
- Navigate to the Currencies page.
- Under Enabled Currencies, lookup for the currency by typing it or scrolling down.
- Select the currency and click Save
- Once saved, all the different conversion rates for your currencies should appear below.
Please note: the conversion rates in Cube are from the Open Exchange Rates API. If you need to update or change a rate, you can modify it by clicking "Edit rates" and typing in the new rate for the specific period.
How to Remove Currencies
Remove a currency by navigating over the currency in question and clicking on the red cross.
When done, don't forget to click Save, and that currency's conversion rates will automatically disappear:
