Need to make some changes to your Cube Chart of Accounts hierarchy? Follow the steps below to begin rearranging.

• Reparent a dimension member
• Reorder a dimension member

Please note that formula or mapped dimensions cannot be parent dimension members. 

Reparent a dimension member

1. From your Cube Workspace, navigate to the Dimensions page.
2. Click on the dimension member name you wish to reparent or click on the edit icon to the right.
3. In the editing drawer, type or select the new parent dimension member.
4. Save the dimension.

Reorder a Dimension

1. From your Cube Workspace, navigate to the Dimensions page.
2. Click the gear settings icon in the top right corner of your screen.
3. Check the Enable dimension reordering box to rearrange your dimension members using the drag-and-drop feature. Rearrange child dimension members or move parent dimension members and their children as one group. 

Dimension members can't be reparented using drag-and-drop. Instead, use the directions for reparenting above.
