Disable a user to immediately revoke their access to Cube. Disabled users can’t log in or interact with Cube until they’re reactivated. Their user type and data access group assignments are retained, so permissions and access can be restored later if needed.
We are currently rolling out this new feature. If you don't see User Management in your Cube navigation, you'll see these updates soon!
- On the Users tab of the User Management page, locate the user to remove. Use filters to narrow by status or role if needed.
- Click the disable icon next to the user.
- Confirm the action in the modal that appears.
The user’s status will update to Disabled, and they will lose all access to Cube immediately.
To restore access, activate the user again.
